Before You Update

Four quick checks tell you whether your launch monitor needs an update and when to ask us for help.

  1. Confirm Your Exact Model

Check the product label on your launch monitor. On Spica 3, Menu > About on the launch monitor screen also shows the model number.

  2. Check Your Installed Version

On Spica 3, open Menu > About on the launch monitor screen to see the firmware version. For other models, contact GOLFJOY Support and we will help you find it.

  3. Compare with the Latest Release

Select your model below and compare your installed version with the Latest Release shown for that model.

  4. Update or Contact Support

If your version is older, contact GOLFJOY Support for the confirmed update steps for your model. Contact us as well if an update does not finish.
